More foundation work establishing structure for the two story addition.

Utilizing a crane to help us with framing the roof and walls, which shapes the structure.

This is an exciting phase of the project.  You get a good idea of how the finished project will look.  Window and door locations are in place.

The home is wrapped and roofing is installed to protect it from the elements while we finish the interior.

The kitchen is taking shape with new cabinets laid out and installed.  

Installing the tile in the kitchen is one of the more exciting moments for the client.  It means the project is getting closer to completion and you can really get a feel for the outcome.  

The bathroom is at the midpoint of the project.  The vanity is installed and tiling almost finished in the walk-in shower.  

Shower door and fixtures are all installed, walls and trim are painted, and all the final touches are complete.  We give the bathroom a final construction clean and it is ready for the client.  

Kitchen and Dining Room are completed with beautiful finishes and fixtures hand selected by our interior designer in collaboration with the clients.  

This client wanted a master bedroom added to the second story of this addition.  Room received new flooring, windows, paint, closets and the clients have a new space to call their own.

The exterior siding has been installed and painted. Project is now complete.  Clients will add their landscaping the new addition will add incredible value to their existing home.
