A small family was looking for a clean and open floor plan for their kids to hang out and where they could work out in the new home gym. We replaced all the flooring with carpet and LVP, replaced the unfinished basement with painted drywall, added lighting and ran plumbing lines to the bathroom and kitchenette. The rec room also required added supply and return air balancing.
