This family needed more space for their growing family. They decided on remodeling their basement by adding a finished bedroom complete with ceiling, lighting, finishing their already installed egress window, flooring, painted drywall and a large closet.

BASEMENT REMODEL/PROJECT DETAILS:
-Construct framing to enclose the room
-Finish the existing Egress window
-Add lighting and electrical
-Add carpet
-Paint finished walls
-Build walk-in closet
It was important to contain the dust and debris from the work area, so that clients could utilize the basement while construction was taking place. Our project manager was able to line up all the trades in order to complete the project in record time. The clients were happy to move into their new space quickly.
