14′ x 36′ Addition with Walk-Out Basement

-Dining Room, Kitchen, bedroom and finished basement

-New master bathroom and laundry closet

-Water heater, furnace, AC and electrical upgrade

-New concrete barn approach and patio slab

-New water & gas lines

-New appliances

-New sliding glass door, windows and interior doors

-Match new with existing vinyl siding & roof

Project started with a full custom designed plan along with permitting and project management throughout project. Included onsite excavation and grading with unstable soil conditions that was all remedied with new foundation in place. There were hidden wells, tanks and pits found onsite. Interior finishes included: new hardwood and vinyl plank flooring, Kichler lighting, Moen plumbing fixtures, custom glass shower door, Richelieu hardware, Sherwin Williams painted walls, doors and trim, quartz countertops, some repurposed kitchen cabinets, new bathroom vanity, new kitchen island and upper cabinetry.
