This home required expansion for their growing family. The house originally had only 640 sq. ft and when the project was completed it had a total of 1,370 sq. ft with an open living, dining and kitchen floor plan.

HOME EXPANSION/PROJECT DETAILS:
Total Home Remodel Expansion
-Construct slab on-grade foundation for addition
-Demo old chimney
-Add master bedroom, living area and ½ bathroom
-Add all new LVP flooring
-New lighting and electrical throughout
-Install new roofing and vinyl siding
-Install all new doors, windows and a sliding glass door
Not Included In Scope:
-Interior painting
-Kitchen cabinets & hardware (client provided)
This project included coordination with the client to be able to allow them to do some portion of the work on their own to help with their budget. They planned on finishing the interior painting and kitchen tiling on their own.
