Amber Valley Construction Gift Basket Giveaway – Legal Disclaimer

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The Amber Valley Construction  Gift Basket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Kent, Ottawa, Berry, and Allegan counties who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Amber Valley Construction, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Giveaway entry period begins on 1/12/23 at 12:00PM and ends on 1/14:23 at 6:00PM.

How to Enter: To enter, (1.) take a photo of the area on your home you want remodeled, or modified and upload the photo to Facebook. (2.) Tag Amber Valley Construction in the photo. (3.) Provide a brief description of what you want to do to your home. Only one entry per household is allowed.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on January 19th 2023 at 12:00PM. The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram.

Prize: The prize is a gift basket containing gift cards and tangible gifts from around the Grand Rapids area, along with a $500 design voucher from Amber Valley Construction. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.

Notification and Acceptance: The winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram within 5 days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within 3 business days of notification, a new winner will be selected. The gift basket will be picked up by the winner at the Amber Valley Construction showroom: 5060 Broadmoor ave SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512. If the winner does not pick up the prize within 5 business days of notification, a new winner will be selected. 

Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

Release of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Amber Valley Construction, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.

Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Amber Valley Construction to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.
