This large home had a walkout basement that had plenty of space requiring finishing.  A combination of work and play, the clients needed space for relaxing, entertaining, working and working out.  One room was even transformed into a comfortable library to inspire both reading and unwinding.

We added bulkheads around the mechanical and ran water and drain lines to the two bathrooms and kitchenette.  This had a large electrical scope that included recessed lighting throughout, pendant light fixtures, power for kitchen appliances, undercounter lighting and electrical feed to client’s outdoor hot tub.  There were a few unique features added to the interiors including a custom bookcase with a rolling ladder in the library, wallpaper with stars pattern installed on library ceiling and barn doors with glass installed in the home gym.  The completed project is stunning.
