Demolished existing garage, breezeway, garage slab, driveway, porch and front walkway. Ran new underground drains and water supply for the 2nd level bathroom. Installed new 50-gallon water heater, upgraded 200-amp electrical panel, added new lighting and outlets throughout addition. Installed new venting throughout, installed matching windows to existing, new exterior, garage and interior doors, painted trim and drywall, installed new shower tile, installed owner provided vanity and countertop along with Delta bathroom fixtures.
